I was young and naïve and now know that I should have listened. A person never knows what they have until they have lost it. They dont know how valuable it is until it is step up of their grasp. I have lost a lot of things I considered valuable, nearlyly material things that I could always replace. The person I lost is the most valuable solely also the most irreplaceable person in my life. I lost my dad. non in the sense that he is buried six feet under, but the shell that lives at home with me is not my real father. My family has a schedule: come home, do homework, clean up, and eat dinner. roughly nine years ago, our routine changed.

Because my father was a truck driver, he was home maybe once or doubly a week. I always took for granted his absence.
