One of the benefits of changing our behavior is that it helps us to recognize and rede more situations, and how people think. By changing our behavior we could be more open to meeting need and divergent types of people. As well as learning more in the gain force. For usage at my work our manager sometimes is real decompress at getting the proper information out to the shop class employees to get the indispensable job done on time. What this does is bring out overtime, which in wind causes a more costly job and this will defecate the company lose money!!!
