Management is the planning, organizing, in the lead and controlling of humane and other resources to achieve organizational goals, efficiently and effectively (Jones & George p 5). This is how managers accomplish their objectives. In the planning process the manager drum what are the goals for the task, how the goals get out be achieved and what proceedings is needed to make up the goal. It is a very important step in management. It is the infrastructure of what’s to come.



So have a mission, a schema and implementation of the strategy. In the organizing process, this is putting a group of concourse together to reach the organizational goal. In the selection of the group, it should be diverse because you can see the issue from different perspectives. This will give you better results than a group think.
Thirdly, there is the leading process, in which you communicate with your team up their importance in accomplishing the organizational goal and keep them motivated to succeed. In my organization they put up rewards if we meet the monthly goal.
