Customer relations for Custom Molds, Inc. are defined by the companys history. In the market we have a solid nature for craftsmanship given that we traditionally sold only custom-made molds direct to the consumer. Our competitive priorities were top reference with mold designing flexibility.
Expanding their operations, the Millers decided to produce plastics parts in conjunction with their custom molds. This represented a new type of customer with diverse needs.
