Summary/Main purpose of the avocation:
To maintain of the store to make sure that gross sales targets argon reached and the profit is increased, also it includes dealing with customer service matters bid queries and complaints, together with health and safety and security issues.





Main duties and responsibilities:
1) store performance, control of cash, inventory and security, customer services, and management of staff argon under control of the store manager;
2) Forecasting hebdomadal sales goals and meeting or exceeding established goals in order to improve store performance. Discussing department performance, sales opportunities and sales goals with workers.
3) Addressing cost control issues through creating action plan; estimating, lay and monitoring labor by linking it to the store sales and productivity guidelines and wage budgets.
4) Improving product placement and appearance by establishing and guiding necessary strategies.
