I was born into an wiped out(p) family and we spicyd in Indianapolis, Indiana. My pargonnts had no education beyond high naturalise and my father was in the army for two years. My mom was slackly the one that worked, in and out of doors of the home. My parents had the four of us, Mark, Donnie, me and my sister Kim, our births get-go in 1962 till 1965. An encephalocele is a defect of the neural tube in the underdeveloped fetus. The neural tube failing to close completely and the membrane that covers the brain protrudes out of the gap in the skull. Encephaloceles symptoms may allow in cerebrospinal fluid in the brain, paralysis of the limbs or uncoordinated muscle movements, and seizures. Most encephaloceles are noticeable at birth, scarce some small ones can go undetected. There are developmental delays that can be physical and mental.

Donnie had a head-on encephalocele, located in the forehead region of his skull and was detected at birth.
