2. Personal- I may have a need for control. When the champion of control is missing I might find my stress levels rising. Examples could be stuck in traffic. These events are out of my control but can be a great source of stress.

4. Financial- Financial stressors can be a lead-in cause of stress due to the standards of living that we want to live.
