Interaction between peers is one of the about important skills a child develops while growing up and is vital to his or her future. Many a time, a student will have to do something for his or herself. Often I would have to give a computer address or report on a particular subject.
I would have to go do research, develop an outline, and put in concert a presentation. Then, I would have to talk to the class by myself and field any questions. Under these circumstances, I began to develop self confidence. I knew that I would have to prepare well rich to answer any questions, as failure to do so may result in embarrassment, or a touch modality of failure. These situations helped me in the future when I would do job interviews or talk to a group of people, whether for personal or superior reasons.
