For this literature review, I had been looking with 8 journal articles from Taylors Library portal and run aground all articles base on EBSCOHost, perspicacious and JSTOR database. The reasons I bring EBSCOHost is due to it provide a lot of choices and easy to hits the statements I need. While for SAGE and JSTOP is because the journal I found in it were useful for my topic. I had use the search statement private and talk at first, and it generated 566055 of hits, and I only able to slang 3 journals. After that, I had trying the other statement, which is keen PHONE and COMMUNICATION APP, it generated 1106 of hits, and only 2 were used. On SAGE and JSTOR database, I use the same term PERSONAL COMMUNICATION and it results to hit 6004 for SAGE and 320949 for JSTOR, and I just took 2 bug out of SAGE and 1 from JSTOR.
